Resonant Rise 4 Server Now Open

Our Resonant Rise 4 Server is now open! You can join by downloading the latest version of the pack from ATL(b1.0.1) and using whatever optional mods you want as they're mostly client side(we would definitely recommend BetterFPS). The server address is rr4.kookykraftmc.net.

I can not get into the server i have all server mods and better FPS and journey Map and running 4.1.0.1-B (1.10.2) do i need to update to latest version of the pack?

I'm having some problems with even joining the hub with this mod pack. When ever i attempt to join the server, i get this message.
"Kicked whilst connecting to hub: If youre getting this message, youre most likely trying to connect to our hub with a 1.8 or above pack. This most likely means the server is down, or is restarting. Please wait at least 30 minutes before reporting it to the staff."
It has been well over 30 minutes, and the new RR4 pack is 1.10, and i have no idea how to fix it. I plan to play on this server a lot as i played a lot in RR3.
