Chunk Loaders?

Does this server have its own option for chunk loading because all of the chunk loaders added in by mods are banned for one reason or another. Its just very difficult to automate various things without a chunk loading system.

This is to reduce the stress players create for the server, and to avoid unnecessary chunk loading.
